WARRANTY: 30 DAYS SELLER WARRANTY These units are guaranteed new condition in box as listed but like most we are not selling on behalf of Samsung and because of this, even though these units may have Manufacture Warranty tied to them, we can NOT validate it. We provide our customers with AllState Smartphone insurance coverage in addition to a seller warranty, which becomes effective on the day of delivery.
At our mobile shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. In addition to this guarantee, we also have a refund and returns policy in place. Here are the details:
Eligibility for Refund/Return: To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be in its original condition, undamaged and with all accessories and documentation that came with it.
Time Limit: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or return.
Refund Method: We will refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Please note that any shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.
Refund/Return Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund or return within 7 business days.
Exclusions: The following items are excluded from our refund and returns policy: personalized items, special orders, and items that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
Damaged Products: If the product you receive is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and will provide a return shipping label for the incorrect product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
